how many players can you manage in a group lesson?

i’ve always kept my group clinics to 4 max, but demand is growing and some clubs push for 6–8 players per court. i’m torn — on one hand, more players keeps the session lively, but on the other, i worry about quality and engagement. how do other coaches manage larger groups and keep everyone moving?
